Three-point seatbelts help both anchor the occupants to the vehicle and keep them in an appropriate position in certain types of crashes. They also help distribute impact forces across the occupant's body. The front-seat pre-tensioners quickly cinch the seatbelts in the event of a severe frontal collision. Furthermore, the SC comes equipped with three-point seatbelts for front and rear seating positions, including tether anchor brackets in the back for installation of a child seat.
