HID Headlamps

Powered by a xenon gas bulb, the projector-beam High-Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps use less power, last significantly longer and provide considerably more illumination than halogen bulbs. If there is a dramatic shift in light, these headlamps automatically turn on or shut off. For more confident night driving, the auto-leveling feature adjusts the lights to a pre-set height. This allows for better road illumination without blinding oncoming traffic. Headlamp washers can be conveniently activated from inside the SC's cabin.
