The available Heads-up Display system on the RX 450h can project simple navigation directions, audio information and vehicle speed on the windshield in front of you, so you can spend more time focused on the road ahead. Unlike other Heads-up Display systems that provide intersection names, requiring the driver to locate street signs, the navigation directions on the system in the RX 450h are provided using a countdown of the remaining distance before an action needs to be taken and an animated arrow that guides you intuitively through turns. Also, unlike other systems that require an unsightly designated viewing box in the windshield, the windshield on the RX 450h was specifically designed so a viewing box was not needed, resulting in a windshield that is not only unmarred, but allows the projected information to be positioned at different heights for your convenience.
