Towing equipment – tow-hitch receiver [1]

The Lexus tow-hitch receiver helps you enjoy the luxury of worry-free towing [1], whether you're taking a pair of motorcycles for a day trip or hauling a boat to your family's favorite vacation spot. The tow-hitch receiver is custom designed and engineered specifically for your RXh and designed to obtain the safest maximum tow rating. Every Lexus tow hitch is made in the United States and thoroughly tested, both in the lab and on the road, to meet Lexus' stringent requirements. Each receives an environmental e-coat for corrosion protection, along with a powder topcoat to help protect against damaging UV rays. The RXh hitch is designed to mount behind the rear bumper so only the receiver tube is viewed, ensuring that ground clearance is not reduced. The RXh hitch also works in conjunction with the aerodynamic underbody covers, which help reduce noise and improve fuel economy.

[1]Before towing, confirm your vehicle and trailer are compatible, hooked up and loaded properly and that you have any necessary additional equipment. Do not exceed any Weight Ratings and follow all instructions in your Owner's Manual. The maximum you can tow depends on the total weight of any cargo, occupants and available equipment. Back to top
