Backing out of tight spaces and avoiding mishaps is much easier with the available backup camera [1]. Using a tiny camera located above the rear license plate to capture a view of what's behind the RX when placed in reverse, the camera's view is displayed in full color on a screen within the rearview mirror or on the available Navigation System [2] screen.

[1]The backup camera, available only with the Navigation System, does not provide a comprehensive view of the rear area of the vehicle. You should also look around outside your vehicle and use your mirrors to confirm rearward clearance. Cold weather will limit effectiveness and view may become cloudy.
