Full-Time 4WD with TORSEN® Limited-Slip Center Differential

A TORSEN® [1] torque-sensing limited-slip center differential allows the LX to efficiently distribute engine power between the front and rear axles. Combined with Active Traction Control (A-TRAC) this minimizes tire spin, helping you to drive in slippery conditions without losing traction. For maximum traction in off-road situations, the differential can be locked. Full-time 4WD powers all four wheels so the LX is as capable off-road as on.
