Variable Gear-Ratio Steering

The LS 600h L is equipped with Variable Gear-Ratio Steering (VGRS), which adjusts the steering ratio depending on the vehicle’s speed. At parking-lot speeds, the steering effort becomes much lighter, requiring just a slight turn of the wheel to maneuver into tight spaces. At higher speeds, VGRS becomes more sensative allowing the driver more steering control.
