The outside mirrors of the LS 600h L have built-in sensors that can detect excessive light. When light levels get too high, the electrochromic technology automatically dims the mirrors' reflectivity to help reduce glare. These mirrors are also heated to dissipate condensation, and tilt down when the LS 600h L is placed in reverse, for enhanced viewing when parking alongside a curb. In addition, the mirrors can automatically power-fold when the doors are locked or at the touch of a button.
