Whether you have an entire address or often just a phone number, the available Lexus voice-activated Hard Disc Drive (HDD) Navigation System [1] may direct you to your destination with ease and features available real-time traffic updates. The system can calculate up to three different routes and understands over 100 spoken English commands, but the in-dash LCD screen can easily be switched to display either French or Spanish.

The higher-resolution screen and sharper graphics make information effortless to read. And with Bluetooth® technology [2], the system can also interact with compatible cell phones. In addition, the navigation screen works in conjunction with the backup camera [3], which allows you to view objects in your path when you place the LS in reverse.

The Navigation System comes equipped with XM® NavTraffic® which provides real-time traffic data by collecting information from various sources. Traffic speed, road closure, construction and accident data are processed and beamed by satellite to the XM NavTraffic [4] service. You can get a voice-delivered traffic update on a specific highway or route. With the help of the Navigation System [1], you can plan an alternate route in advance to avoid traffic congestion.
