And XM now offers XM NavTraffic® [2], a remarkably helpful, real-time traffic information service, available on the IS Convertible, RX, RX Hybrid, LX, LS and LS Hybrid.
XM NavWeather™, currently offered in the RX, RX Hybrid and IS Convertible, is the first personal real-time weather warning system integrated into GPS navigation.

XM® Radio offers over 170 digital channels of sports, news, talk, entertainment and commercial-free music The biggest names in news, talk and entertainment, such as Oprah & Friends®, Bob Dylan's Theme Time Radio Hour, Tom Petty's Buried Treasure, Opie & Anthony and The Bob Edwards Show call XM home. Additionally, XM offers live concert performances and original programming that are exclusively XM, like Artist Confidential®, featuring live music and intimate conversation with music legends.
Devoted sports fans can follow their favorite teams, even if they're thousands of miles away, because XM offers the most sports talk and live play-by-play coverage of over 5,000 sporting events per year including NHL and MLB. You'll also find a range of other unique programming, including women's talk, African-American talk and Hispanic music, sports and news. Real-Time Traffic
XM NavTraffic® is the nation’s first satellite-delivered traffic information service. It is available on the IS Convertible, RX, RX Hybrid, LX, LS and LS Hybrid [3] [4].
XM NavTraffic provides personalized traffic data onto the voice-activated HDD Navigation System [5]. It supplies real-time statistics, including traffic speed, estimated travel time and incidents on the road such as accidents or construction projects between you and your destination. Compiled from the best verified national and local traffic data available, XM NavTraffic delivers constantly refreshed and current information that allows for easy planning of alternate routes.

Personalized Weather
XM NavWeather™ [6] is the first real-time personal weather warning system integrated into GPS navigation. It is available on the RX, RX Hybrid and IS Convertible.
Using a sophisticated Threat Matrix™ technology, the XM NavWeather system tracks nationwide weather information for 46 different weather conditions. It then filters this information for the driver's specific location and route.
Potential weather threats predicted to occur within 5 to 30 minutes are sent to the navigation system, helping the driver avoid most hazardous conditions in the area, and prepare for any inclement weather approaching.
Personalized weather information appears on the vehicle's large central display. Through an intuitive graphical interface, the driver can access things like current and future weather conditions, road conditions and atmospheric conditions, as well as National Weather Service warnings and three-day city weather forecasts.
All vehicles equipped with XM NavWeather come with a three-month complimentary trial subscription to the service.
