In addition to fulfilling all safety requirements, our parts are meticulously tested for quality and durability-and most are even backed by the Lexus warranty.

Using genuine Lexus parts can prolong the life of your vehicle and reduce the cost of ownership. To ensure that only certified Lexus parts and accessories are used on your Lexus, it's best to service your vehicle at your local Lexus dealer. Only our state-of-the-art facilities and factory-trained technicians can ensure the proper installation of all parts and accessories. See below for warranty information.

Length of Coverage The Lexus Service/Parts Warranty provides coverage for 12 months-regardless of vehicle mileage-or for the remainder of any applicable new vehicle warranty, whichever provides greater coverage. The warranty begins from the date the part was installed. Batteries are not covered.

What Is Covered

Any repair or replacement that becomes necessary because of a defect in the service part is warrantable, with the exception of the items listed under "What is not covered."

What Is Not Covered

Any part for which proof of original installation or purchase date cannot be provided is not warrantable. Parts that are considered normal maintenance items, which are replaced as part of the normal maintenance service, are not warrantable, unless a defect in materials or workmanship is found. Labor is not warrantable for over-the-counter part replacements. Parts found to be defective upon package removal and prior to installation on a vehicle are not warrantable. This warranty is subject to those limitations and exclusions as listed by Lexus.
