Vehicle Stability Features
To help control a loss of traction in turns, the GX employs Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) [1]. This technology uses sensors to detect loss of traction in a turn. Should there be a loss of traction, VSC may apply brakes to individual wheels or reduce throttle to help correct it. Active Traction Control (A-TRAC) directs power to the wheels with the most traction to help control wheelspin on mud, sand and ice.

[1]Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) is an electronic system designed to help the driver maintain vehicle control under adverse conditions. It is not a substitute for safe driving practices.
