Downhill Assist Control

At the touch of a button, Downhill Assist Control (DAC)  [1] helps the GX descend slippery and steep grades. When engaged, DAC works with the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Active Traction Control (A-TRAC) to help keep the GX at a slow, constant speed and prevent the wheels from locking up. Virtually all the driver needs to do is watch the road and steer.

Vehicle(s) shown may feature optional equipment.

MSRP does not include delivery, processing and handling fee of $875. Excludes taxes, title, license and optional equipment. Dealer price will vary.

[1]DAC is designed to help the driver maintain vehicle control and speed on steep downhill descents. It is not a substitute for safe driving judgment and practices. Factors including speed, grade, surface conditions and driver input can all affect whether DAC will be effective in preventing a loss of control. Please see your Owner's Manual for further details.
