Lexus Platinum Program is the premier, factory-backed extended vehicle service protection offering the highest level of coverage available for most component groups in your vehicle. Most original equipment installed by the manufacturer or Lexus dealer is covered for mechanical failure. (If a particular item is not listed in the component listing or exclusions listing, check with your Lexus dealer for details.) Eligibility for the Lexus VSAs simply requires keeping your vehicle in top shape with routine scheduled maintenance. Lexus dealership technicians have extensive expertise in keeping your vehicle running smoothly.

New Lexus Vehicles

Lexus vehicles are eligible for a “New Vehicle” VSA for 48 months (or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first) from the Agreement Effective Date.

Ineligible vehicles include emergency vehicles, salvage vehicles and those used for hire to public, plowing snow, competitive driving or racing.

The Lexus Gold Program provides factory-backed extended vehicle service protection for customers who desire extensive coverage for most component groups in their vehicles after the factory warranty expires. Consider this plan if:

You are purchasing a used vehicle (within current year plus 6 model years old) and want extra protection against potential costly repairs down the road.

OR

You are purchasing a used vehicle that still falls within 48 months or 50,000 miles (whichever occurs first) and desire coverage beyond the factory warranty.

OR

You are purchasing a brand-new vehicle and desire security beyond the factory warranty.

No matter which term/mileage plan you select, you'll receive protection against future increases in the cost of covered repairs. The Lexus Powertrain Program offers a 6 year/100,000-mile Vehicle Service Agreement for comprehensive coverage of components directly related to the powerful Lexus Powertrain.
