Take exceptional performance out for an uncommonly smooth ride. For 2009, the RX 350 is available in some stunning new colors: Classic Silver Metallic, Smoky Granite Mica, Golden Almond Metallic, Matador Red Mica and Obsidian. Desert Sage Metallic, Savannah Metallic, Black Onyx, Flint Mica and Millenium Silver Metallic are no longer available. The RX 350 features a 3.5-liter V6 engine with dual Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (VVT-i) that helps promote improved performance and better fuel economy. A power rear door makes loading and unloading cargo a breeze. An available voice-activated DVD Navigation System [1] with backup camera [2] makes maneuvering easier and more convenient and a DVD Rear–Seat Entertainment System (RSES) is available for rear passengers' viewing pleasure.

[2]The backup camera does not provide a comprehensive view of the rear area of the vehicle. You should also look around outside your vehicle and use your mirrors to confirm rearward clearance. Cold weather may limit effectiveness and view may become cloudy.
