LS Hybrid Model Details

The LS 600h L is our finest vehicle to date. It also happens to be the world's first V8 hybrid. By pairing a 5.0-liter V8 gasoline engine with Lexus Hybrid Drive, the vehicle delivers smoother, quieter acceleration, greater responsiveness, and 438 total system horsepower [1].

The 2010 LSh features a revised exterior with updated front and rear fascias including new headlights and taillamps, and new standard 18-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels [2], plus outside mirrors with integrated turn indicators. Inside, the center stack is redesigned and rear seats are now available with adjustable butterfly-type headrests and lumbar massage. The interior received a new electronic gauge cluster with an ECO Driving Indicator Zone Display that helps guide you to the most efficient use of fuel. There's also an ECO mode function that, when engaged, automatically reduces the throttle response and switches the climate-control system to an energy-saving mode. By allowing you to monitor and control energy consumption, the vehicle is mindful of both your preferences and the world's resources.
