Searching for the most prestigious luxury hybrid? Look no further. The LS 600h L is the flagship model in the Lexus vehicle lineup. The LS Hybrid offers unparalleled luxury with the power of a V12 from its Lexus Hybrid Drive system. Mating a 5.0-liter V8 gas engine with a high-output electric-drive motor, the LS Hybrid puts out 438 total system horsepower [1], propelling it from 0 to 60 in 5.5 seconds [1] [2]. This is achieved while also producing less emissions than its competitors, making the LS Hybrid qualify as a Super Ultra-Low Emission Vehicle (SULEV II).

For 2009, the LS Hybrid remains largely unchanged on the exterior. Interior revisions include the addition of the memory function for the front passenger. The LS Hybrid is available with an Executive-Class Seating Package that includes a right-rear-seat recliner with multi-function massager and leg rest [3] [4], rear center-console wood-trimmed table and a DVD Rear Seat Entertainment System (RSES).
