GS Hybrid Model Details

The GS 450h is the world's first hybrid performance luxury sedan. Powered by Lexus Hybrid Drive, which features a 3.5-liter V6 engine, electric-drive motor and electronically controlled Continuously Variable Transmission (ECVT), the GS 450h produces an astonishing 340 total system horsepower [1]. It brings a new level of performance and driving feel to a sport sedan. The power is directed to the rear wheels to offer performance that is normally not associated with hybrid vehicles. Blue highlights have been added to the lighting and badging to differentiate the GS Hybrid from conventional GS models.
