The epitome of elegance and performance, the ES exterior includes 17-inch alloy wheels [1] and side mirrors with integrated turn indicators. This year, a lustrous new color has been added—Nebula Gray Pearl. The interior includes espresso bird's-eye maple or brown walnut trim, ECO Driving indicator and light, Safety Connect® [2] [3], Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) [4] with cutoff switch, revised ventilation ducts and gauge bezels, USB connector and revised steering-wheel switchgear. The ES has a 0-to-60 time of just 7.0 seconds [5] and is powered by a smooth 268-hp, 3.5-liter V6 engine with dual Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (VVT-i) coupled to a six-speed sequential-shift automatic transmission. The ES is rated for regular unleaded, and is rated at an impressive 28 mpg [6] highway.
